Risotto

The lovely aunt arrived today, stopping off on her way to Vegas, so obviously I had to make a cheeky risotto. Cooking's getting a bit difficult now; the old cooker is still plugged in, but work surfaces are rapidly disappearing and utensils/ingredients are spread through three different rooms and the garage. Not that I minded once the wine was open.
