Rabbit Stew
I haven't cooked this for ages but I saw rabbit in the supermarket the other day and decided to do it again.
The rabbit is stewed in red wine with lots of herbs and vegetables, as well as prunes and bacon, and I served it with dumplings and sauteed potatoes. Yum-yum.
