True Blue?

First attempt at the WBC (still think of that as white blood cell count) so not sure whether this is my real entry yet!

I suppose this street was named for Winston Churchill who was a liberal before he joined the tory party - so was he really a true blue?

Like Winnie this sign looks like it has been through the wars!
