The Dressing Up Box

Dear Heart,
Spotting this fine fellow on my afternoon walk with Pippin raised my spirits sufficiently, especially after having to wait all day for the electrician to visit. After watching him practicing his spins (the pilot, not the electrician!) I wandered home to practice my own, for today's challenge.
