Jogging
Exercise commences again. Lost 3 pounds last week so feeling spurred on and hoping it wasn't fluke. Am following a plan in the Times on Sunday magazine so today it was 20 minutes of on and off jogging which was suprisingly ok for someone who rarely does exercise of that nature. Also did lots of job hunting and exam revision and was a generally productive day.
