Giant flowers

Hope this entry appears eventually. My usual camera was packaged up in acres of bubble wrap and sent to the repairers today. Fingers crossed that it will return safely soon. I pinched son number two's camera but didn't check the exif data - I realised after I'd taken my blip that the date on it was sometime in December last year.

These are two of my photos from last year ( parrot tulip and perfect poppies) that we've photoshopped slightly to match the colour of our new walls and had blown up and printed on canvas. We did them by mail order and I was very relieved that the colours looked about right when they returned. It took me ages to change the colour to something that I thought was about right and then I wasn't sure how faithfully the colours would be reproduced. Unfortunately, the company we used did not send the mounting kits we'd ordered so they are propped up against the wall for the moment.
