This year's first

The 2012 bog hike session has officially started, today being our first-ever in wintertime. No cranberries this time (they are still there, but it's hard to find them under all that snow; we gave up digging quite soon), but there were several mouse-tracks under the snow and the footprints of an obviously three-legged and winged elk - just imagine... these three prints and then nothing else in any direction as far as you can see, and a couple of woodpeckers at work.
