Darling Daughter and I went out for lunch today.

Tempest Cafe is a wonderful place down on Thurso Harbour, it did have a surf shop which I loved to visit, but they've taken that away and concentrated solely on the cafe side of things. Not such a bad thing, as when the shop was there it was difficult to get a seat, its still is sometimes, but not as bad as before.

The food is wonderful, so is the coffee, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Everything is cooked to order so there's time to sit and just chill.

I brought a massive wedge of cake home :)
