So Partridge stuffed with Chorizo and sage, our super polite guests seem to like it. I did manage to incinerate some parsnips though, they should have been crisps, looked more like, well err crisps, but very black and crispy ones. A fantastic evening though (in spite of the parsnips), everyone was on top form. We invented a cocktail (Martini, Espresso, Bickerstaff, if you want to make your own you will need.... a small, strong espresso, some vodka, some somerset pomona and a sense of humour) there was even a proposal of marriage, I hope we get an invite. Especially as it is supposedly as happening in our garden!
