Scarey!

This is one of our local allotments.

By all accounts, the woman at no.93 (see large) was not convinced her scarecrow was doing it's job, particularly as her cabbage patch had been completely desecrated by a flock of crows a matter of days ago.

So, she apparently donned her hat and scarf and planted herself in a bush nearby, just waiting to catch a glimpse of the criters so she could maybe even catch one for a bit of much needed crow's nest soup - minus the nest part!

She's still there...looking a bit thin and in need of some sustenance.
