Run boy run
Ewan was full of beans today. He led us on several laps round the terrrace cafe at the Botanic gardens. The pit stops involved playing with the (very timid) squirrels. Its such a great place to spend an afternoon. After all the exercise, I decided to serve up one of my specials for dinner:
Smoked Cod with Mushroom. Asparagus and Cheddar Risotto topped with a poached egg.
Tasty.
