Daaaddd....

.... I can't walk very well, my breeks are falling down :-)

There I was taking some lovely photos of the frosty gorse bushes glistening in the sunlight so I had something pretty to blip when Andrew waddles past me. I couldn't not blip him instead!

It was -6.5C when I got up this morning to do parkrun but had warmed up to -6 by the time I left. It was a beautiful day though and I love running in the cold. I was worried about my shins on the hard ground but they were ok. It was very busy so a slow start on the narrow towpath but that was ok as I'd planned to take it easy anyway because of the shins. But when I realised with a mile to go that I could get a good time I pushed a bit harder and got a pb for that course.

We all went for a walk round Hawley lake afterwards and to a party a church in the afternoon. Oh and I bought the material to make Cameron's book character costume for the end of their book week on Friday.
