WorcHestershire sauce
England's finest WorcHestershire sauce
Continuing with the theme of bargain basement alimentation in Southern Europe, here's what I found today in the ... ummm...local Peruvian grocer's of Turin: 'English Sauce' - aka WorcHester sauce in Latin America. And it neatly resembles that of the real thing - Lea Perrin's wonderful Worcester Sauce (at least for food colouring and artificial additives if not for taste), although an extra 'h' had to be added to seemingly make pronunciation a tad easier for the locals even if in the process a new English county has been created.
