2012 Blipfoto Challenge, week 2: 'Exercise'

took Scrappydappydoo for a walk this afternoon across the fields between the hillock and vicarage lanes, his little bit of daily runtime-exercisetime whilst my mate escaped for a weekend of camping with his boys.

for the past 4 days Alys has been sleeping through the nights without using her nappy, a milestone considering she only started using a potty 2 weeks ago. we did try in the summer thinking it would be easier with the warmer weather but she was having none of it, but this time round it was all her idea.
