burnt out boat

Today we were in the town of Ladysmith. At the Transfer Beach Park I saw two wrecks beached on the shore. And I saw a ship that used to be listing in Genoa Bay near where we live, the one with a cage in the top of the mast. Abandoned boats are common. Citizens have complained. Owners are contacted, but the boats and ships remain.
