Inside the Dojo

An all day Tai Chi workshop today with a wonderful visiting teacher, Jan Silberstorff. My legs are tired, but I added another TINY speck of new understanding to this practice. Then came home to a nice dinner with friends...

There were snow flurries midday (causing Seattleites to jamb stores, "stocking up" for the big snow -this is so hard to believe for me who grew up in the midwest!). But then the sun came out! and came through the windows of the Tai Chi studio (dojo) which is getting ready for Chinese New Year with the colorful lantern. The windows were all fogged up from all that breathing against the cold and the bamboo outside...
No snow yet tonight here....
