Off to South Africa

Saw second born beautiful boy off to Frankfurt this afternoon for the first leg of his journey to Johannesburg for his six month work placement. This is the boy and his girl, before the tears started! Will miss him lots but I know he'll have a fantastic time plus I'm hoping that I'll get a chance to go over to visit.

Still on track for 5K Parkrun in two weeks time and went out for a run this afternoon to enjoy the beautiful day. Crisp, fresh and sunny - just lovely. Now got sore calf muscles to distract me from my sore heart...
