A bit of fresh air

Another gorgeous day. Shorter walk than last Sunday, didn't galvanise quickly enough this morning to organise an all dayer.

So, Cam Peak and Longdown it was. Glorious all the same. A line of bird feeders have been strung along the hedge row in the car park which allowed us superb viewing of Mr Bullfinch and his harem. Quick trot up the peak followed by biscuits and a cuppa - there's something oddly tasty about a flask of tea that's been lugged up and down a hill. Unpalatable at home but delightful after a good walk.

Shame the weekends are so fleeting - the dreaded W word is already starting to eat its way into my thoughts. Argh.
