Exercising a Dodgy Back

Mr H has a dodgy back so we have dosed him up with painkillers and gone for a gentle stretch at Wicken Fen, our local nature reserve.

It was mostly grey but then a thin strip of blue appeared in the sky. The wind was pretty cold and my shutter release finger had gone white by the time we had walked around and the camera battery was flashing red at me.

We're back at home now. We have rewarded ourselves with tea and medals. Ginger tea and Oaties for Mr H. Proper T and Christmas raffle choccy biccies for me.

I need something to get me in the mood for the ironing.
