Crisp Day

Lovely cold, crisp day today. Took a cycle to the pool and had a nice long swim for the first time in ages today. Followed by the obligatory trip to the sauna for as long as I could stand it. Feel much better for it, and a nice hot bowl of soup with some bread.

Off to see The Artist in a bit, to see what all the raving is about. Then lasagne and Sherlock, which I expect to be the most comforting evening ever.
