Damp, smelly running gear to be more precise.
Went for a run with friends from your during our lunch break today. And boy did I need it, after the music we've been playing today and again tomoz. OMG!
Anyway felt much better for it, just needs to all go in the wash now, ready for my next circuits class on tuesday. Woohoo!!
