Sunshine and spray by Moncreiffe Island
It was a great winter morning with frost, mist and sunshine.
One of my favourite spots is the causeway across the Tay to Moncreiffe Island. The causeway is submerged except at low tide, and it creates waves when the river is flowing fast. This morning the waves were big enough to create a visible spray across the river.
The bridge carries the railway from Dundee to Perth across the island.
Some days, one blip is not enough, so I took another picture of winter mist over Perth.
