Sage

Have not ventured far today, only into the garden. Mr F has been busy sorting & tidying!!!! Plus he mended the vacuum cleaner for me and is now cooking tea......think he will need to lie down in a darkened room afterwards!

So hence the Sage blip. This plant actually grew from one sprig that came from my grandparent's garden. Sage is said to have antiseptic qualities & sage tea can be used as a gargle to treat a sore throat or can be drunk to help with symptoms of a cold.

Also, to be 'sage' means to be wise.......I'm hoping some of the wisdom will rub off!
