Go on, give in

I found this advertising board quite amusing. I picture of fresh veg and a little bit of butter, with a slogan 'Go on, give in'. The bottom right of the picture has been torn away to show what looks like cigarette butts. Not a NHS poster then!

(Looking closely at it though, I think they might be chimneys, but still made me laugh!)
