Yoga!

We took Henry swimming today. It turned out half of the mums and babies from my postnatal group were there! Henry wasn't very impressed, and screamed until he went purple whenever Neil had to splash water near his face. He hated bathtime to start with though and now he loves it, so I think we're going to carry on with the course.

It seemed to tire him out and he had a long nap when we got back, which meant I could enjoy my lunch for a change, instead of jiggling him on one knee as I eat, which is what normally happens!

Then we had a play with putting him forward-facing in the wrap sling which he seemed to enjoy. The instruction book has a couple if pages on yoga poses to do with your baby, so here we are doing the tree pose. I don't think I'll be attempting downward facing dog with him!
