Fresh air!

Having been mostly tied to the house since my knee surgery last weekend I was delighted to be taken to Keyhaven for a very short stroll to get some air. It was so lovely to enjoy the calm of the sea again and have a peaceful sit by the river while Diarm took some bird shots.
There is a curlew in the foreground of this but I was just enjoying the view
