Half a moon!

I am so sorry, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I am only able to bring you a shot of half of the moon today!

As I was putting out our 86 year old's dustbin, at 8am this morning, I noticed that the moon was shining brightly in the West.

One of the many presents that Ros gave me for Christmas was a small bean bag for balancing my wee camera on.....

So as soon as it was balanced and focused, I set the self timer and hey presto!
