Orange nectar
Orange nectar otherwise known as Seville orange marmalade. It is the time for making it but I had a kilo and a half of oranges in the freezer from last year so I decided to use them. I added three more lemons to beef up the pectin and it has worked fine. The taste is just as good as last year's batch and it set well. I don't think you can beat home made marmalade. It is not just the taste but the way the light shines through the bottle; hence the arrangement of some of the bottles on the windowsill.
