Inner city Norwich?

I'm not sure what exactly constitutes "inner city". I usually think that inner city Norwich means inside the old city walls but then I don't know where the old city walls were. This morning is cold with the first hard frost of the winter and the sun is still low in the sky making photography something of a challenge for me. I visited the graffiti site at the back of Anglia Square but the light wasn't good so I walked to the river where a lack of wind meant that there were plenty of reflections. These properties are a five minute walk from the city centre so I think they just about qualify as inner city.
