Morning sun

I have joined a gym !!

Spent the morning doing yoalates (not a yoghurt drink) but a mixture of pilates and yoga apparently. Followed by an hour chatting over a hot chocolate, so probably putting back on all the calories ( if any I lost in the yogathingy class).

Anyway on way into said gym the light was beautifully lighting up this bridleway.
