In search of...

Sometimes, I forget that the Internet is a source of much more than just emails and Facebook or Twitter (other networking sites are available!)

In typical low cost January mode, tonight I wanted to make something quick, easy, filling, cheap & tasty which would use up some of the bits and pieces in my fridge. Although I didn't find it on the 'net, I think it was a success regardless.
