Keep smiling!!!

This has been today's mantra as it's been a stressful and very unproductive day!

One thing that really irritates me is people who at the first sign of hard work shy away and let the team down, we have someone like that and it disappoints me everytime! I'm not the most sympathetic at the best of times but this person just takes the biscuit!

I headed to the gym to burn off some of the frustration and it did the job, I really pushed myself again and am now getting used to this running malarkey!
