I had to make another bike trip to the doctor's office... this time to have blood drawn for (I expect) routine tests with regard to cholesterol, prostate, etc.

I took a little longer, though scenic, route this time as I had a little more time to spare than yesterday. I also only took one lens ~ no through-the-viewfinder contraption this time.

I came home, did a bit of work then took a nap before having to get ready for a shooting assignment in the evening, which turned out not to be much of a chore, actually.
