Houses of Wilmington #3
The Salvation Army Building, 215 South Front Street
The Salvation Army bought the lot and built this building in 1919. The basement was equipped with laundry and showers and the second floor was the living area for the Captain and his wife. Dutch Colonial and Italianate influences the design. It is now the Front Street Inn.
