Shiver

This is a photo of my car this morning, a pretty heavy frost had covered it. It was 1 degree when I left Prestatyn, and -1 degrees when I got to Chester....my screenwash was frozen all the way so had to cope with a very dirty windscreen.

When I got to Chester I realised I'd left my purse at home (clever me), but luckily got a friend to bring it with her on her way here.

I went for a run, and I am terribly unfit. Only managed 2 miles in 25 mins, but this was partly due to my leg hurting again. I seem to have a lot of aches and pains for a 19 year old.
