On such small things

My satellite cable snapped out of the wall socket over the weekend, largely thanks to the cats who wrestle down the back of the sofa. I worked late, went to Argos to get a new cable and then suffered an hour or so of shocks trying to connect the bleeping thing back up again.

All because I didn't want to miss America's Next Top Model. I only watch it for research purposes, you understand?

So there is my evening wasted when I have a huge pile of things to do. C'est la vie.
