Recycling

Once a month our kids get together for a Roots-n-Shoots gathering that focuses on making positive change happen for our communities, for animals and for the environment. Today we learned about Recycling. Making paper, creating necklaces from colored corks, crafting insects from recycled egg containers, making music with glass bottles filled with water (in tune!), a puppet theatre featuring Johnny Koala's magic recycling tricks, and finishing the afternoon with a yummy Compost Cake.
