Political Statement?

This van is parked on a busy thoroughfare every day. I've never seen the driver, but it's generally parked out front of a business complex mostly inhabited by business lawyers.

I'm not sure about the basic statement. It's interesting how some folks dedicate their vehicles for a cause.
