Sunrise of my pain!

Sunrise over the mountain range I was trekking across today.

Not really.

Had a bad back today and was largely confined to the house. Noticed interesting shadows on my staircase.

Well, it looks like that to me - to you with your superior screen resolutions, it probably looks like the shadow of a grouchy woman slowly descending some stairs.

Those stairs badly need dusting, by the way. And they're going to stay that way.
