Right round like a record, baby

I have been experimenting with this shot for a while and it finally clicked when looking at shots of traffic taken with a long exposure.

Not sure what I was doing wrong before but glad I got there in the end.

I think it only works with coloured vinyl and with the white pattern on the slip mat it really helps add another layer of colour.
