Chopped Chunky

Preparing for our evening meal and wondering what I could blip. Suddenly it struck me that there were vibrant colours in the vegetables I had chopped, so here we go. Red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, mushroom and onion, all waiting to jump into the pan to make some spicy chilli.

Tonight we have our Select Vestry meeting - the church committee meeting in the local church. I've worked on all my prep for it and prayed for it, so hopefully all will run smoothly and we'll survive for another month!
