Lunch at work
Since I work alone, I don't get time off to go to lunch, but have to bring with me something to eat. Before I was diagnosed with intolerance for gluten, milk products and eggs, it was easy to just grab a sandwich, or have a yoghurt. But now I have to plan things more carefully. If I'm lucky I have some leftovers from last night's dinner, but if not, I have to make myself a salad or a green shake. Today my lunch consisted of leftovers from a home made vegetable soup, and those delicious flax seed crackers I made yesterday.
