High noon

This is the outside of my city General Post Office, I previously blipped about it's skylight Look up.

It is one of my favourite landmarks, but it's experiencing some problems at the moment. The clock has been stuck at 12 noon (or 12 am) for several weeks now and even though I'm never without my watch I can't help but glance up at it as I walk through town. Most confusing.
