Twisted Root

A place near Quzhou in China (in case you couldn't figure that out by the name) that uses tree knots and roots as the basis for wood carving. This fellow is quite small but they had huge tables and buddha and all sorts.

In fact this is the other Blip I did when I actually was there. The girl is leaning on a Buddha carved from a single tree stump and he's huge. HERE
