Accidental wind sock

Another very blustery day here. Was walking back from school and my attention was drawn to an orange plastic bag high up in some trees. As the wind blew, it puffed out and looked just like a wind sock at an airport. Looking at the picture now, it also seems to resemble one of those novelty plastic chickens.
