Pear and Parma ham salad

Mixed leaves with a sliced conference pear on top, drizzled with dressing (wholegrain mustard, honey, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and pepper) with toasted parma ham on top, a great light lunch or starter!

I am making Chicken tagine tonight!

My personal nightmare today is that I can buy an extra bag for my journey home from Oz but not the outbound because it's a code share with Quantas who want 50 dollars a kilo!!!!! Which when you have 4 shows, 2 filming sessions and are going for 2 weeks is extremely annoying, it will severely limit how many clothes I can take and the size of my fascinators!!!! Grrrrrrr I am an angry Diva today, I can't upgrade as it was booked through a travel Agent so I am currently looking into freight.....
