A Change in the Weather

After four days of oppressive heat and high humidity the built up energy in the sky broke today with a thunderstorm and downpoor. The storm sewer at the end of our block got more water than it could handle and a small lake/large puddle formed. More than one set of brakes will be making that "funny" noise after getting that wet; but neighborhood childern had a ball splashing and kicking the water around.
