Marmalade Day.

Today spent indoors, cleaning and making marmalade.

3lbs of oranges have to be cut into these matchstick size pieces!
Anyhow after hours of preperation, 2 hours simmering, and then 15mins rapid boiling, we now have 13 jars of marmalade.( and it tastes good!)

Cough getting better....I think.
Hope those of you with colds etc. are also feeling a bit better. (There seem to be a lot about.)
