Your Shoes

Todays blip is shoes, well more trainers.
I spend a lot of time running around at work in my department and working in other buildings as well.
You have to be quick when crossing the roads, to avoid getting run over by the hundreds of bikes that appear when they go off for their lectures or practicals.

These are shiny new ones, as my current pair look a bit worn around the edges.
These and my old pair are supposed to help tone whilst you walk, i have to remember sometimes not to tip myself down the stairs.

Off out again to pick up Monkey from Beavers shortly.
