Checking the Tread

Today I went out for my 12th run of the year.

I also clocked up 1,000km with my current running shoes, so it was time to check the tread.

Looks as if I will be okay, so if I get pulled over by the Police when running I won't be docked 3 points for running on the road with shoes with tread under the legal limit.

Saying that, I do have to watch setting off the speed camera as I go whizzing by!!!!
